Every Avantone drum mic uses a pair of precision machined inserts that allow a positive “lock” with its shock mount. This simple but important feature keeps the mic firmly positioned on the sweet spot, regardless of how hard the drum is hit. A deep Cabernet red finish, Gloss black grill assembly and polished nickel trim provides an aesthetically impressive presentation in any studio.
